These responsibilities include: Creating and completing daily prep lists Preparing menu items following recipes and yield guides Receiving and organizing deliveries Handling opening and closing duties Maintaining Dept of Health standards Communicating with Chef on Duty about any issues with product, supplies, equipment or facilities Participating in staff training opportunities to develop knowledge and skills REQUIREMENTS: Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and DOH regulations Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or equipment as needed BENEFITS:
