Why This Role Matters As the Toddler Lead Guide, you'll create a calm, joyful, and purposeful environment where young children can explore, grow, and become their most capable selves. You'll lead with respect, patience, and love — and set the stage for a lifetime of curiosity and learning. What You'll Do

Prepare and lead a nurturing Montessori environment for toddlers (16 months–3 years)

Present lessons that encourage independence, motor development, and language growth

Guide social-emotional development with warmth and consistency

Partner closely with families to support children at home and school

Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Guides to create a cohesive, supportive classroom team

What You'll Bring

AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma for the infant/toddler age group (or willingness to earn one with our sponsorship)

Experience working with toddlers or young children
