Lead Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting Diagnostics
& Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performance assessments
Controls Integration:
Collaborate on integrating HVAC systems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
Client Engagement:
Communicate effectively with clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.
This Job Is : Open to Universal EPA & HVAC Commercial Techs with 3+ years of experience. Good fit for an industry-passionate Tech looking to grow their career Great place to grow and have a supportive company with great union benefits.
Knowledge of the latest HVAC technologies and trends in the commercial sector.
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30 certification - preferred
Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers
Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night.
Proficiency in reading HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
Experience with BAS integration and HVAC control systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid HVAC
certification/license
as required by local regulations.
