$15 per hour Responsibilities:
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Field customer complaints when necessary Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 17 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
