We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will handle loan servicing tasks supporting the department and assist credit union members with their loans. Candidates should have extensive experience in loan servicing, including loan accounting, escrow analysis, lien perfection/release, collateral perfection, per diem, payoffs, bank audits, regulatory exams, and related areas. This role offers a salary of up to $65K and an excellent benefits package. Loan Servicing Specialist responsibilities include: Servicing various loans such as commercial, mortgage, and business loans. Providing analytical support to the Customer Service Manager and AVP of Loan Servicing. Ensuring timely payment of taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and escrow disbursements. Managing escrow accounts and handling notifications related to taxes and insurance. Updating insurance information accurately. Boarding loans into the Core system, including CRE and C&I loans. Monitoring delinquent taxes and force-placed insurance. Researching member service questions and providing resolutions. Meeting quality assurance and key performance metrics. Assisting with escrow analysis research. Issuing payoff statements, accepting payments, and posting payments daily. Preparing and recording lien releases for paid-in-full loans. Who Are You?

Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to make sound decisions based on policies and procedures. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
