We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR Manager and broader organizational needs.
Job Summary The HR Coordinator provides critical support for recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS data management, and general employee inquiries. This position requires a strong background in ADP Workforce Now and recruitment coordination.
Responsibilities Manage job postings and applicant outreach Contact new applicants within one hour of application during business hours Schedule interviews and assist with hiring manager coordination Prepare offer letters and onboarding packets Maintain employee records and upload documentation in a timely manner Utilize ADP Workforce Now for performance, time off, workflows, and recruitment setup Coordinate benefits enrollment and tracking Respond to HR-related inquiries and maintain high professionalism Ensure all PTO requests are submitted at least 2 weeks in advance Uphold the HR department’s high standards of professionalism and confidentiality Requirements Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required) Minimum 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now, including workflows, benefits, recruitment, and time off modules 1+ years of recruitment experience (job posting, screening, scheduling) Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion Schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite Only) No remote or hybrid options Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Maternity and paternity leave Professional development programs Apply today and help shape the future of healthcare operations.
