A global boutique firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in securities and M&A transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support complex, cross-border legal matters. Responsibilities Securities & Corporate Support Assist in preparing SEC-related filings, including registration statements, annual/quarterly reports, current reports, proxy and information statements, and insider reports. Support drafting and organizing materials for IPOs, PIPEs, ATMs, and other offerings. Maintain and organize client records, transaction documents, and correspondence. Coordinate with underwriters, issuers, and regulators to support transaction execution. M&A Support Assist with due diligence, including document collection, review, and organization. Prepare closing checklists, signature pages, and transaction binders. Support attorneys with drafting and reviewing deal documents. Track timelines and deliverables for active transactions. Liaise with clients and counterparties to facilitate smooth deal execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred. 7+ years of experience as a paralegal in securities and/or M&A. Proficiency with SEC EDGAR and corporate databases a plus. Strong organizational, research, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Basic Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Why Join Fully remote flexibility.
