We are seeking an experienced
Asphalt Superintendent
to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations on major projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive paving experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations Manage crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely project completion Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and inspectors Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite Requirements:
Minimum
5 years
of experience in asphalt paving, with superintendent or foreman experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple crews and projects Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and paving techniques Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Benefits: *Full-Time employee benefits – Competitive pay,
