Construction Estimator
to join one of Florida's
leading General Contractors
with 30+ years of success in
concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, and commercial interior and exterior painting projects . This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator from
any construction background
(general contracting, subcontracting, restoration, windows/doors, etc.) who is looking to advance their career.
Experience is rewarded — pay is highly competitive and negotiable. What You'll Do Review blueprints, drawings, and bid invitations Perform accurate takeoffs and cost estimates Work with suppliers/vendors for pricing Prepare and submit project bids Support project managers with planning and accuracy What We're Looking For 2+ years estimating experience in construction (restoration a plus) Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.) a plus Experience in high-rise/commercial projects a plus Local/regional candidates (Miami/Hialeah area) preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package: medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) Paid vacation, holidays & more Career growth with one of Florida's most exclusive GCs Apply Today!
