2nd SHIFT POSITION comes with a 15% shift differential pay!

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team for 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and a keen eye for detail. This role involves interpreting blueprints, programming CNC machines, and ensuring precision in the fabrication of components. The successful candidate will contribute to our commitment to quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
Responsibilities Operate CNC Lathe or Milling machines and other machining equipment to produce high-quality components. Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using micrometers and coordinate measuring machines to ensure adherence to tolerances. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in operating milling or turning CNC machines. 5+ years of CNC machining experience Machinig in a job shop is preferred Must know Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens controls Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical documentation. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
