Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by attending to their insurance queries and concerns promptly. Account Management: Oversee assigned client portfolios, ensuring all insurance needs are met and coverage remains adequate. Policy Management: Process policy modifications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products to meet clients evolving insurance needs. Client Education: Educate clients on policy options, insurance products, and the claims process to enhance customer satisfaction. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements Licensing: Must have a valid Florida Insurance License for Property & Casualty. Experience: Previous work experience in a Florida property & casualty insurance agency. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for handling client interactions effectively and professionally. Customer Engagement: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored advice. Problem-Solving: Ability to address client issues, solve problems, and make decisions efficiently. Teamwork: Capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting while contributing positively to the office environment. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
