Target Base Salary:
$75-115,000 (relocation assistance available, if needed)
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options:
up to 15% annual bonus Job Summary:
Champion the design, implementation, and coordination of robust QMS programs for assigned plants, guaranteeing adherence to contractual requirements, industry standards, and best practices through continuous quality surveillance. Job Duties: Tackle quality issues head-on through troubleshooting and recommending solutions Ensure facilities and operations adhere to the highest standards through QMS management Monitor daily QMS operations, identify and communicate quality concerns to key stakeholders Collaborate with the design team to implement corrective actions and improve processes for enhanced product quality Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality standards through effective communication Partner with program teams to ensure timely product launches Maintain regular customer interaction, address their needs, and log any customer issues Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Quality Control plan
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS). Prior experience in auditing and equipment inspection (preferred). Deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes with a proven ability to solve problems in this environment. Excellent communication skills with experience working effectively with both internal and external customers. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis tools. Possesses a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and best practices.
