Other The VNA, part of the Care New England Health System, is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Rhode Island. We provide comprehensive home health and hospice services for adults and the terminally ill. Position Highlights: Provide medical visits to patients with advanced illness in community homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Conduct comprehensive history and physicals, manage symptoms related to malignant pain and chronic diseases, and educate patients and caregivers while supporting the care team.
