Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Probate Attorney to join our client's growing Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience handling probate matters from start to finish, including contested and uncontested proceedings, trust administration, and estate planning. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of probate and trust administration matters from intake through resolution
Draft, review, and file all necessary court documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and closing statements
Represent clients in probate hearings, mediations, and contested matters
Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on probate and trust administration procedures
Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure seamless estate administration
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates
Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in probate law and trust administration
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet court deadlines
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Preferred Experience with contested probate litigation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
