The Law Offices of Robert M. Bell, P.A., located in Hollywood, Florida, is a highly regarded firm focused on family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense immigration matters. We’ve built our reputation on professionalism, integrity, and dedicated client service. We’re seeking a full-time, in-office Associate Immigration Attorney who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) and experienced in managing complex immigration cases with care and confidence. What You’ll Do You’ll handle a meaningful caseload while collaborating closely with our experienced legal team. Responsibilities include: Representing clients in family-based and humanitarian immigration cases Preparing and submitting immigration petitions, motions, and supporting documentation Attending USCIS interviews and Immigration Court hearings Conducting legal research and drafting persuasive legal arguments Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and government agencies Managing deadlines and ensuring thorough case preparation Requirements What We’re Looking For Licensed U.S. attorney (active in any state) Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law (family, humanitarian, removal defense) Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) Strong legal writing and analytical skills Client-focused approach and ability to manage a full caseload Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
