is seeking
OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts
responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments supporting special operations, targeting, HUMINT, cyber operations, and threat estimates. They will fuse publicly available and commercial information for multi-intelligence assessments. Required Qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community. At least three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation supporting special operations, intelligence operations, targeting, and HUMINT lead development. Prior experience supporting special operations is preferred. (Note: traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources are not considered equivalent.) Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction. Advanced proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, including analytic and targeting methodologies. Advanced proficiency with OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (social media, internet, commercial data, deep/dark web sources). Deep understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policies. Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Strong verbal briefing skills, with experience briefing at the O5/GS14 level or higher.
