Travel to projects across the US (including Hawaii) and the Caribbean to provide project management services. Supervise the physical construction of projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, local & national codes, and project-specific requirements. Collaborate with the Project Manager to document and maintain reports on project delays, work-arounds, shutdowns, and tie-ins. Resolve personal disputes on-site; demonstrate leadership and inspiration. Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Ensure quality assurance/control for all MSS scope, schedule, and safety standards. Attend all inspections for assigned projects. Manage MSS tool tracking programs related to projects and personnel. Forecast and manage labor and equipment levels on projects. Organize labor efficiently to complete jobs on time and within budget. Read and interpret complex blueprints and installation manuals. Address and solve complex job-related problems. Liaise with client representatives. Track project progress and report weekly to the Field Ops Manager and Project Managers. Manage safety on site, supporting the safety team in maintaining a safe environment. Coordinate daily operations with project managers. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor activities, ensuring quality and accuracy. Identify and report project issues or deficiencies. Interview and select field staff. Participate in project meetings, conduct safety talks, and perform employee performance reviews. Perform other duties as assigned by the company. Qualifications and Requirements
Proficiency in managing site logistics and contract operations on urban sites. Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project. Knowledge of all construction phases, including methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control. Strong technical and communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in construction. Understanding of HVAC, Ducting, Hydronic piping & Plumbing, with ability to maintain project documentation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with BIM-coordinated system installation. Must have OSHA 30 certification and a Bachelor's Degree, or 10+ years of relevant experience. Ability to work remotely, with 50%+ travel required. Must pass background and drug tests, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical activities. Work Environment
