9+ Years of experience mandatory. Experience with Apache Tomcat Bash scripting skills Experience in Splunk, NewRelic, and other monitoring tools is desired Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred At least 5+ years of related experience Application Performance Monitoring tools setup and configuration, specifically with AppDynamics, New Relic, and Splunk Troubleshooting complex production issues at scale and under tight timelines Performance profiling and tuning of Application/Web tiers Strong Linux experience with scripting Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java; Python or Perl is a plus Understanding of Cloud hosting principles; experience with AWS Operations is a plus Strong business acumen in addition to technical expertise, to drive operational excellence in support of business priorities
