Would like to find someone with Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) experience. Specifically, around the Harmonic platform.

CMTS/DOCSIS experience
OLT/PON experience
Network understanding-Routing and Switching

Team info: We focus on field support on my team. My team would resolve issues related to the technologies listed in this job description.
We are switching from legacy RTS to RFI over the next few years. We invested millions of dollars in hardware. CPE and hardware devices.
Our team is in charge of all issues involving field support. We have had about 100 issues resolved this year.
We don't test all modems, we can have issues with the actual CMTS, the field is not a lab and the conditions are not the same so we try and do our best to replicate the issues to solve the problem.
We need someone with RFI experience-someone on the front line so we can help expedite quicker.
We are nervous about this next year and expect triple the amount of field issues.
External Job Description:
This person will help on the field support team resolving issues related to the technologies below. Priorities would be Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) experience, DOCSIS, PON, and Network experience specifically in routing and switching.
Plans and implements enterprise networks and related hardware and software. Designs and documents network architecture. Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps. Establishes security (firewalls, intrusion detection), connectivity and access parameters. Provides recommendations to optimize network infrastructure. Tests and tunes security devices and systems. Programs routers and switches. Implements communications technologies (data or voice). Manages network services from planning phase through implementation. Solid knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies and network infrastructure is required.
