Job Title : Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer
Job Location : Remote
Job Duration : 6 Months on W2
Responsibilities: Support PO in the capture and analysis of end user requirements for consumer-facing data products in manufacturing operations. Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog, ensuring alignment with manufacturing context and best practices. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items. Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle. Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience as business analyst / requirements engineer. Manufacturing industry experience required. Requirements Engineering background required, certification preferred (e.g. CPRE). Knowledge of UML, BPMN required. Language: English required.
