Nuclear Maintenance Coordinator

Job Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience of fluent use of RMAIS/VSB, ability to review and validate, sort, screen and provide feedback to the respective ship and work centers on jobs submitted to ensure information contained is correct and all inclusive in order to broker work items to repair activities. Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience with direct involvement with Naval Nuclear Propulsion onboard aircraft carriers, of which at least 10 years must be gained through direct operational experience while serving on duty onboard the aircraft carriers. Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience of strong knowledge in hull, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for aircraft carriers. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience communicating with and briefing senior naval officers and civilians with regard to shipboard systems and equipment status and provide recommended course of action to repair. Able to communicate with sound independent judgment with various repair activities on required repairs and have the knowledge to understand and communicate those repairs. These repair activities include but are not limited to MARMC, NRMD, and NNSY. Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in analysis and evaluation of the CSMP, and making recommendations for the brokering of maintenance actions to Maintenance Program Managers. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; able to develop and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data received and provide short- and long-term recommendations in order to ensure material readiness of the aircraft carrier. Must have a minimum often (10) years' experience in the proficient use of Microsoft Products. Minimum of five (5) years' experience accessing and experience in the use of Navy Data Environment (NDE) for Ship Change Documents (SCD).
Minimum of five (5) years' experience accessing and use of MFOM for CASREP status and updates.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience of strong knowledge of assessing system and equipment deficiencies; ensure Departure from Specification (DFS) are issued when warranted and schedule same for future corrective action. Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the use of Advanced Industrial Management (AIM) for availability tracking.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in and strong knowledge of Steam Plant Action Request (SPAR), Steam Plant Liaison Inquiry (SPLI) and Liaison Action Request (LAR) for critical information updates.
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience interfacing with shipyard Project Team members, i.e. Project Superintendent (PS), Assistant Project Superintendent (APS), Project Engineering Planning Manager (PEPM), Business Strategic Planning Officer (BSPO), work Integration Manager (WIM). Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in evaluating maintenance provider estimates during project planning phase prior to start of aircraft carrier availabilities. Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience of overall technical, management, development, and integration experience with Naval work package integration and work package execution for aircraft carrier repairs, maintenance and modernization occurring within the last five (5) years.
