Job Overview We are seeking a skilled
Data Analyst
to join our team on a contract basis to support a fast-paced compliance reporting project. This role is filling in for a leave of absence and requires someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in Tableau
and the ability to deliver actionable insights quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Support compliance reporting by working through assigned tickets in Jira. Translate business requirements into insightful, visually compelling
Tableau dashboards and reports . Perform ongoing data tracking, ad hoc analyses, and communicate key insights to business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with a co-worker on the same project to ensure alignment and data integrity. Use data to identify trends, root causes, and propose solutions that improve business performance. Participate in audits and analysis to ensure data accuracy, optimize reporting systems, and identify new analytical opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree with
3-5 years of professional experience
OR MBA with
1-3 years of experience . Expert-level Tableau skills
- must be demonstrated. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders. Preferred:
Experience with
pricing contracts . Background in
medical technology (MedTech)
or healthcare industry.
