We are working with a global Am Law 50 firm to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Manager. This position will be an integral part of the firm's highly collaborative and agile Business Development and Marketing Department. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives to support the growth of the firm's Private Equity practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Partner with practice leaders and attorneys to develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans for the Private Equitygroup. Client Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities; support attorneys in high-impact BD activities, including pitch preparation, proposals, and RFP responses. Event Management: Organize and support client events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities that target private equity investors, portfolio companies, and intermediaries. Thought Leadership & Content Marketing: Work with attorneys to develop and manage thought leadership initiatives pertinent to private equity trends and issues. Market Intelligence: Research and analyze industry trends, deal activity, and competitive positioning to inform business strategies and identify opportunities. Profile Raising: Elevate the profile of the firm's Private Equity team by identifying and facilitating participation in league tables, topical industry directories, rankings, awards, and surveys. Credentials and Expertise:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm, private equity, investment banking, or other professional/financial services setting. Capabilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated understanding of the private equity sector and key trends.
