▶︎ Key Responsibilities: Track IT project progress and maintain documentation (status reports, schedules, dashboards).

Assist in identifying risks, issues, and corrective actions.

Support compliance with project standards, templates, and processes.

Help organize training sessions and workshops on methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing systems.

Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure consistent use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Facilitate communication through reports, meeting notes, and updates.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.

Communicate with Japan headquarters and global stakeholders.

Maintain PMO’s central repository for lessons learned and best practices.

Support content creation for knowledge bases and PMO updates.

Analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Confidence in managing discussions and conflict resolution.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO-related IT roles.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and organizational change management.

Strong knowledge of project management approaches and SDLC.

Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
