Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking a
Business Accountability Specialist
to join the
Supply Chain Management Design Team , supporting the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process. This role will drive strategic business initiatives, tactical process changes, and long-term optimization while ensuring BAU is maintained.
Key Responsibilities Strategy Development
- Define requirements, conduct statistical/process analysis, draft execution plans, support change management, and prepare program/training materials. Execution
- Lead initiatives from implementation through sustainability, ensuring technical and operational success. Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) partnering with Risk, LOB, Technology, and Operations to strengthen TPRM execution. Analysis
- Conduct statistical/process/root cause analysis to align TPRM and risk partner requirements. System Design
- Support concept-to-implementation including UAT, system refinement, documentation, and training updates. Required Qualifications
5+ years in
risk management, supply chain management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process design
(or equivalent via work, military, or education). Strong ability to
engage stakeholders at all levels , influence outcomes, and resolve emerging risks. Demonstrated expertise in
developing/executing large-scale business solutions . Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of
Third Party Risk (TPR)
frameworks and platforms in financial services. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to think strategically and tactically, while driving operational execution. Ability to build executive-level communications and present complex material concisely. Experience in complex/global delivery environments. Bilingual or cross-functional team collaboration experience is a plus.
