We are seeking an experienced
WalkMe Implementation Specialist
to support the
Personal Insurance (PI)
team for a critical, immediate need.
You'll play a hands-on role in evaluating requests, scoping user needs, and building WalkMe solutions to support business goals and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate incoming WalkMe enhancement and support requests from the PI business team. • Scope, design, configure, and deploy WalkMe features such as: • Smart Walk-Thrus • SmartTips • Launchers • ShoutOuts • Onboarding and in-app guidance flows • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align WalkMe solutions with business processes. • Provide expert advice on best practices and scalable use of WalkMe.
Required Skills & Experience: • Proven, hands-on experience with
WalkMe
- configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of
digital adoption strategies
and user experience optimization. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in
insurance or customer service environments . • Familiarity with enterprise tools integrated with WalkMe (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow). • Resides in or near
Hartford, CT .
