Job Summary
The Senior Admin Assistant floater will provide high-level administrative support to investment banking professionals across multiple groups, including Managing directors, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts.
This role is designed to offer flexible coverage to ensure seamless workflow when our administrative staff are unavailable due to absences, vacancies, and workload demands. The floater is an integral part of the admin team, adapting quickly to different working styles and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities Provide executive level admin support, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Prepare and process expense reports in compliance with our firm policies via concur. Serve as backup coverage during absences or periods of heavy workload, seamlessly transitioning between teams. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Required Skills:
1-5 years' experience preferably in financial services or professional services Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $75,000 - $85,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
