Job Description
This position is accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer fulfillment activities. Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards. Communicating and following up with other departments regarding requiredmissing information needed to process orders. Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders. Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team. Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of data entry exp. Solid attention to detail and ability to verify invoices and purchase order details. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office.
