Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

Enterprise Architect

to lead the strategic design and governance of our IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture governance, and AI/ML-driven business transformation . This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals to enable scalability, security, and innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate the

enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap

in alignment with business objectives. Define and enforce

architectural standards, principles, blueprints, and reference architectures

for systems, applications, and technology domains. Proactively analyze current IT environments to identify gaps, deficiencies, or improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions. Define

high-level migration plans

to transition from legacy to modern architectures while minimizing technical debt and ongoing support costs. Stay current on

AI and ML technologies , trends, and tools, and recommend practical applications to drive measurable business value. Provide

architectural guidance

to development and project teams throughout the

software development lifecycle (SDLC) . Ensure

integration design and governance

across applications, systems, and data flows, enabling seamless interoperability across the enterprise. Maintain best practices for

security, compliance, and performance

while designing and implementing cloud and on-premise solutions. Create and present

technical visualizations

and models to communicate proposed solutions to business and technical stakeholders. Partner with senior leaders to ensure IT strategies align with

enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives . Oversee vendor and technology evaluations to support enterprise objectives. Required Skills & Experience

15+ years

of overall IT experience with at least

12 years

in complex IT environments (infrastructure, applications, databases, security, monitoring, and MIS). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Strong critical thinking and

problem-solving skills . Excellent

oral and written communication skills , with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in designing and maintaining

enterprise-wide architecture standards and governance models . Strong knowledge of

AI and ML technologies

and practical applications in enterprise solutions. Experience with

legacy modernization strategies

and minimizing long-term technical debt. Solid background in

system integration design , cloud and on-premise solutions, and enterprise-wide data interoperability. Expertise in establishing

security, compliance, and performance frameworks

across enterprise systems. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications such as

TOGAF, Zachman, AWS/Azure Architect, or SAFe Architect . Hands-on experience with

cloud-native architectures

(AWS, Azure, GCP). Prior leadership role in

enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives .
