We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This integral role requires a friendly and professional demeanor as you will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for team members. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments effectively. Assist in preparing and maintaining office supplies and inventory. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
