About The Role We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Principal HCM Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to partner effectively with customers and your project team.
Responsibilities
Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning).
Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototypes, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
Assist the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
Understand and apply Workday’s Implementation Methodology on engagements.
Ensure the client leverages Workday’s proven solutions.
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST.
Minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Senior HCM Implementation Consultant
Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST.
Minimum of 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Other Qualifications
Workday HCM Certification is a plus.
Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service.
Functional experience in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and/or Learning.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary based on work location. The total compensation package may include a Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as stock grants. Compensation offers are based on various factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $140,400 USD - $210,500 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $133,300 USD - $236,800 USD
Colorado pay range (if applicable): $140,400 - $210,500 USD
