Job Description Colonial Behavioral Health provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and their family members in the areas of mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disabilities. Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist. This position performs a variety of clerical, administrative, technical, and secretarial tasks for the assigned program unit.

Job Duties

Performs the full range of office support duties including typing, data entry, filing, phone and front desk reception Process required forms and maintaining supplies. Answer phone calls and take accurate phone messages. Other duties as assigned. Work Schedule

We are recruiting for PRN (work as needed) positions.

Hours will be consistent with standard business hours (Monday-Friday) Qualifications (EEO)

Skills and Qualifications

Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Possess the ability to interact with clients, coworkers, and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner. Knowledge of appropriate office practices and other computer experience required. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Work experience in Mental Health, Intellectual Disability and Substance Use Disorder

preferred. High school diploma or equivalent

required.
