Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and installation of electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories • Run tests on all wiring and electrical components to ensure it's connected • Locate and correct electrical problems, including component installation and replacement • Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Test newly installed electrical components to ensure proper function
Qualifications
• Willing to work in confined spaces, at great heights, and in all types of weather conditions • Applicant must have a valid electrician license • Strong communication skills, including tact and courtesy in dealing with others • Successfully completed formal electrician apprenticeship • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
