$150,000 - $180,000 (with flexibility DOE)

Bonus : 15% bonus + employee ownership package

Employee stock given after 6 month Why You Should Apply: We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed home services leader to hire a Senior Director of Fleet Operations. This role will oversee 4,000+ vehicles and equipment across 80+ U.S. and Canadian locations, driving strategy, compliance, and performance for a rapidly scaling operation. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead strategic planning and execution of fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assets.

Direct, mentor, and develop regional fleet teams, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance to align fleet performance with overall business goals.

Develop and implement fleet policies, programs, and systems to support efficiency and sustainability.

Oversee vendor/contract management for leasing, fuel, maintenance, compliance, and telematics services.

Monitor KPIs and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, OSHA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and disposal strategies aligned with company growth.

Develop and manage fleet budgets, identify cost savings, and drive operational efficiencies. What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or related field.

10-15+ years of progressive fleet management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.

Proven experience managing large fleets (cars, trucks, and heavy equipment).

Preferred certifications: Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or equivalent.

Experience with both 3rd party and in-house fleet management systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
