Ehrlich Animal Hospital & Arthritis Therapy Center in Tampa, FL, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and veterinary team.

For over 30 years, Ehrlich Animal Hospital has proudly served the Citrus Park community, providing high-quality medicine and compassionate care for pets and their families. We're a 5-doctor practice offering wellness care, urgent care, surgery, dentistry, orthopedic procedures, rehabilitation, and more. Under new management, our team is focused on growth, professional development, and building an excellent workplace culture that values collaboration, education, and advancement.

Schedule & Pay

• 4x10-hour shifts per week

• Rotating weekends

• Competitive pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service, in person and by phone

• Schedule appointments and manage medical records

• Process payments and explain invoices

• Support the veterinary team with clear, accurate communication

• Help maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required

• Veterinary or animal care experience a plus but not required

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to excel and grow
