So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.FunctionsPerform required daily cycle counts as required by the Corporate Audit scheduleReconcile parts through the systems (JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM etc.)Inventory Control responsibility for both Warehouse and Plant locations.Investigate and search for priority NIL missing partsInvestigate parts by interacting with the supervisor, team lead, warehouse staff and planning team.Ability to Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team in both Warehouse and Plant locationsNIL resolutionVariance resolutionCycle CountingOthers as assignedWork as a team member to provide feedback and drive improvementsRequirementsProficiency in JDE / Warehouse Management SystemsAbility to learn SAP/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)Proficiency in Microsoft EXCELProblem Solving Experience utilizing LEAN tools.Effective and professional communication.Verbal and WrittenAbility to read and understand Part DrawingsSelf-driven.Basic email skillsMust be able to operate material handling equipment.Ability to access parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft.Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when requiredPreferred Qualifications2 years manufacturing experienceJDE and WMS experienceExcel ProficiencyForklift experienceCompensation DataStarting rate 25.27/hour.What We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
