As a Service Ambassador Lead, you'll be the welcoming face and organizational anchor of our community-leading concierge operations and creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll oversee a dynamic concierge team, ensuring the front desk operates smoothly while going above and beyond to meet the needs of residents, families, visitors, and team members.

As a Service Ambassador Lead, you will:

Lead Concierge Operations - Manage the concierge desk and supervise daily activities to ensure professional, timely, and courteous service. Monitor safety systems (e.g., camera feeds, alarm panels), respond to emergency alerts, and assist in missing person search procedures. Deliver Outstanding Service - Greet residents and guests, respond to inquiries, assist with directions and requests, and anticipate individual needs to enhance the customer experience. Support Administrative Functions - Manage schedules, deliver mail and packages, assist with survey records, HR file maintenance, and marketing support, and provide documentation updates such as resident spreadsheets and daily logs. Coordinate Training & Scheduling - Help train concierge team members, manage shift coverage, and provide clear direction to maintain continuity and quality across all services. Other Duties as Assigned - The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires:

Associate's degree or relevant experience. At least 2 years of previous receptionist or concierge experience. Preferred experience in healthcare or senior living settings. Excellent customer service and active listening skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, families, and visitors. Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to pass state mandated background check. Additional Details:
