Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Customer Account Specialist candidate for our client in the Marietta, GA area. This client is a well established organization looking to add an additional support to their sales team!

*Fully onsite in Marietta, GA
*Salary BOE $40K-$60K plus annual bonus potential

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid long-term relationships with current and future customers Understand different promotions or incentives for manufacturers and effectively communicating to customers Order management process- entering, submitting, providing customer quotes, and tracking orders Strong customer service skills Adapt in an ever-changing environment Support sales team within their territory to ensure customer satisfaction Provide detailed quotations to your current and potential customers and conduct unparalleled follow up to help secure business Qualifications:
Commercial sales experience preferred 2-3 years of Customer Service experience required Knowledge of HVAC/R product lines preferred Excellent communication skills required Spanish bilingual preferred but not required Must be detail- oriented, attentive, and thrive in a fast paced environment. Comprehension of Microsoft Suite products required Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
