Full-Time Member Service Representative
(40 hours)
to join our Springfield, VT team.
The MSR role is responsible for providing members with a great experience by conducting transactions in an efficient, accurate and member focused manner. Recognizing opportunities to provide solutions from our products and services that will enhance the members financial situation.
Entry level or with some experience Positive & caring attitude Dependable Computer skills Team player mindset Eager to learn and grow Personal communication skills Ability to work branch hours (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Reliable transportation needed Opportunities for advancement Very competitive and comprehensive benefits package
