Responsibilities

:

The Customer Account Adjustment Coordinator is responsible for processing customer billing and invoice corrections to final resolution. Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual will identify gaps within the invoice and credit/debit transactional functions and recommending resolutions. This includes Drop Ship analysis and assistance within the Accounting area identifying and resolving issues.

Specific Job Functions: Own the creation of customer billing that flows through the Culligan NA Customer Service Team. Process invoice corrections & error report investigation. Identify gaps in invoice and credit/debit transactions and provide recommended solutions. Create Credit / Debit Memos. Special billing task for key Dealer Relationship (I.E. Packard & Miller). Assist in clearing Tax Credit Memo ques when volumes spike. Provide cross functional support when Dealers submit invoices with multiple / complex corrections. Assist with Prodigy implementation. Uploads into the customer portal and perform billing. Assist with special projects in Excel using pivot tables. Assist with creating purchase orders in SAP. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements:

Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred or equivalent additional work experience. 3-7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting required. SAP ERP data management strongly preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to create pivot tables. Attention to detail and financial analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Target Salary Range: $54,000 - $64,000 per year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including: paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
