Description

Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions on emerging technologies, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems on emerging technologies, including hardware and software Requires excellent technical skills across a wide range of system, software and/or internet technologies. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems. Subject Matter Expert (SME) within own discipline/specialty area; basic knowledge of other disciplines/specialty areas. Integrates industry experience and deep professional/technical knowledge. Solves unique problems through evaluative, judgment and precedent. Independently applies sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues. Develops new concepts/methods/techniques for cross functional emerging technologies initiatives. Recognizes/pursues alternative methods. Exercises latitude in determining objectives/approaches to projects. Leads multiple small to medium sized projects and technical breadth. Qualifications:

Experience with Amdocs BSS / Billing system Experience with Salesforce/Mulesoft Experience with AT&T Omni/Digital Architecture Experience with creating Solution Intent/Design Artifacts

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
