Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo. Responsibilities
The Materials Management Technician is responsible for accurate and timely receiving, storing, inventorying, and distributing medical supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital. This role supports clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure the consistent availability of necessary materials, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting. Good communication and customer service skills. Proficient in using inventory and supply chain software. Preferred Job Requirements
Certification in Materials Management or Supply Chain. Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment.
