Description: Responsible for proactive and on-demand IT services. Manage local on-site technology support engineers. Lead audio/video and video conferencing support. Provide technology support services to employees and clients. Maintain operational control of regional IT service delivery. Work with local businesses to address IT service needs. Ensure compliance and security requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional technology support services. Log IT engagements in the ticketing system for reporting. Maintain a rotating on-site presence in local offices. Manage IT asset lifecycle and reduce costs. Conduct service reviews with business leaders. Support the adoption of new IT services for end users. Prepare and operate AV equipment for events.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles. Strong technical background and customer-facing skills. Ability to drive to local offices daily. Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders. Knowledge of IT architecture principles and service delivery. Experience with both MacOS and Windows OS. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
