As EVEREVE's Senior Art Director for Social, you will lead the creative vision, development, and execution of brand-defining content across all social platforms- translating EVEREVE's unique position in the marketplace into visually compelling, culturally relevant storytelling that drives engagement and builds brand affinity.
In this role, you will serve as both a creative leader and hands-on maker- setting the artistic direction for social-first campaigns, guiding concept through execution, and ensuring that every asset reflects our brand's voice, lifestyle, and aesthetic at the highest level. You'll partner closely with the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, and cross-functional leaders to influence strategy, champion innovation, and ensure our social presence not only keeps pace with but anticipates cultural and platform trends, all serving the brand muse.
Your expertise in visual storytelling, combined with a deep understanding of the EVEREVE customer, will ensure our social channels remain fresh, aspirational, and relevant. You will mentor creative partners, elevate design standards, and lead projects from concept to delivery-all while navigating a fast-paced environment with agility and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
Define, lead, and execute the overall artistic style, tone, and brand aesthetic across all social channels. Develop high-impact creative concepts and integrated campaigns (inclusive of organic and paid media), ensuring cohesion across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). Lead art direction for social photo and video shoots, from concept development to on-set execution, ensuring best-in-class results. Partner with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align creative output with business goals and seasonal priorities. Act as the lead creative voice for social, influencing strategic planning and content direction. Elevate team capabilities by sharing best practices, mentoring designers, and fostering a culture of creative excellence. Continuously monitor cultural, fashion, and social trends to identify opportunities for brand innovation and quick turn content. Present and defend creative concepts to senior leadership, including the CMO and Co-CEO. Requirements
BA/BS in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 8-10+ years of experience in art direction or content creation, with at least 5 years focused on social media or digital-first creative; retail/fashion experience strongly preferred. Management experience of diverse group of skill levels and talent in the creator field. Proven leadership in concept-to-execution creative development under tight timelines. Exceptional portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, art direction, and innovative design thinking. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; motion/video editing proficiency a plus (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut). Deep knowledge of social media culture, trends, and platform best practices.
