Receiving Clerk
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate and timely receipt of shipments, including verifying contents, inspecting for damage, and maintaining organized records. Your responsibilities will also include unloading packages, labeling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar industrial environment, excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
TITLE : Receiving Clerk
LOCATION:
Everett, WA
SCHEDULE:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 330pm
PAY : $19 - $20

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with purchasing staff to list expected deliveries
• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Unload packages from incoming trucks
• Inspect contents to ensure they are not damaged
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
• Contact purchasing department if a mistake is identified
• Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
Skills
• 1-3 Years of experience Receiving in an industrial environment required
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Keen eye for detail
• High school diploma
