Aronimink Golf Club is seeking experienced, service-driven individuals to join our Service Team as a Banquet Server. As a Banquet Server you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Members in a world-class environment.

We offer staff meals, employee uniforms, employee golf play days, and a friendly, engaging work environment! What You'll Do
Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or service stations to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy, proper service etiquette, and presentation standards are met. Communicate effectively with banquet captains, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and coordinated event service. Adapt to a variety of service styles, including plated dinners, buffets, receptions, and high-volume banquet events. Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting tables to maintain banquet room readiness before, during, and after service. Provide support to fellow team members by refilling water, carrying trays, replenishing buffets, and completing side work as assigned. Anticipate and respond to guest needs with attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock in service stations and work areas throughout the event. Uphold food safety, sanitation, and service standards in all aspects of banquet service. Participate in pre-event meetings, training sessions, and post-event breakdowns to stay aligned with Club goals and expectations. Who You Are At least 18 years old with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and polished in appearance, ready to work in full uniform. Able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs. independently (and more with assistance), and handle a fast-paced environment. A team player who communicates well and enjoys working alongside others. Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required - we provide training. Committed to service excellence and creating memorable dining experiences. Job Types: Part-Time
Salary:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
