Overview
Regional Sales Director Southeast US (Enterprise, Startup) AvetixCyber is hiring a rare sales leader to build our enterprise presence in the Southeast US from the ground up. We are a fast-growing global cybersecurity vendor making critical hires across our GTM teams. This role is for building, scaling, and dominating the enterprise market. You will be instrumental in launching and owning our strategic growth in a key region. Base pay range : $210,000.00/yr - $420,000.00/yr Your mission Architect and build:
Recruit, hire, and lead a team of six high-performing enterprise sellers, establishing the playbook for success. Drive and close:
Execute value-based sales strategies (leveraging MEDDICC and Force Management) to win new revenue with the world's largest companies. Cultivate relationships:
Forge deep, trusted partnerships with CISOs and other senior leaders to accelerate pipeline and secure major accounts. Own the market:
Take full ownership of territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting for predictable, hyper-growth results.
About you
You have deep, hands-on experience in enterprise sales, consistently exceeding $8M+ ARR targets. You aren't just a leader; you're a proven team builder who has scaled enterprise sales organizations from scratch in competitive markets. You thrive in an early-stage, high-impact growth environment and are passionate about the speed and agility of a start-up. Your relationships with CISOs and security leaders are not just wide but deep. You are a US citizen and currently reside in the Southeast region.
