As a Cyber Curriculum Developer/Instructor, you will develop and deliver training focused on advanced cybersecurity topics. This involves creating, updating, and delivering educational materials, in various formats like online courses, presentations, and hands-on labs. Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver curriculum on advanced cybersecurity topics Conduct hands-on labs and simulations to provide practical experience Assess the knowledge and skill levels of participants and provide feedback Stay current with new cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices Create and update educational materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources Collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals to enhance training programs Evaluate and improve existing training courses based on participant feedback Develop assessments to gauge the effectiveness of the training programs Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Secret security clearance required Must be local to Elkridge, MD and able to come onsite 5 days a week in Elkridge, MD. 5+ years of the following experience: Experience as an instructor or trainer in the field of cybersecurity Ability to analyze training requirements and design instructional material using the instructional system design methodology Experience developing online or e-learning courses Experience with hands-on labs and real-world cybersecurity simulations Understanding of possible attack activities such as network probing/ scanning, DDOS, malicious code activity, etc. The wage range for this role is $119,025 to $198,375. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
