Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) is seeking an experienced and driven
Clinical Director - BCBA
to lead the relaunch of our ABA clinic. This is your opportunity to help design and implement a new standard of care, shape a dynamic team, and directly influence the future of autism services in our community. We are a mission-driven behavioral health agency serving children and families across Virginia with compassion and integrity. As we relaunch our ABA services, were seeking a leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and positive client outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the reopening and strategic direction of our ABA clinic Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs and BCBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure clinical programs are ethically and effectively implemented Manage caseloads and ensure appropriate staff-to-client ratios Develop and maintain clinical documentation, policies, and quality assurance systems Provide ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff Collaborate with executive leadership to guide program growth, compliance, and innovation
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience Experience launching or expanding ABA programs is highly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A passion for helping others grow clients and staff alike!
