Investment Management Practice Group
as a
Knowledge Management Attorney . This position offers a unique opportunity to blend substantive fund formation experience with strategic initiatives that support market intelligence, legal innovation, and the continual development of a top-tier investment funds practice.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record . Active Bar Admission
in
the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing. 3+ years
of substantive experience in
private fund formation , with a focus on
representing investment managers ,
investors , and
private investment funds . Extensive experience
drafting ,
reviewing , and
negotiating fund formation documents
related to
private equity -style and other
closed-end funds . Deep understanding of fund
structuring and compliance
considerations. Familiarity with
knowledge management tools ,
legal tech platforms , and best practices in information sharing and resource development is a
plus . Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, analysis, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities
Lead knowledge management initiatives
that enhance efficiency, consistency, and innovation within the Investment Management Practice Group. Develop and maintain precedent libraries, practice tools, and template s to support attorneys advising on fund formation and management. Monitor legal and market developments
affecting private investment funds and prepare timely internal updates and client-facing materials. Collaborate with attorneys to
track deal trends and emerging structures
across private equity-style and other closed-end funds. Leverage legal technologies and databases to streamline access to critical information and insights. Support internal training

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
Starting at
$250,000+
